How long does shipping take?
Shipping to the US usually takes 5 to 12 business days.
Countries out of US might take 7 to 14 business days depending on the country's postal service.
Has my order been shipped?
Once you received a confirmation email, rest assured your order is being processed and you will receive another email with a tracking number within 24-72 hours after placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours after time of order and a processing fee of $5 will be charged. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Do you have a refund/return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we do not accept returns if the product is not faulty or damaged. If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact customer support via email at support@averyvintage.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
All Returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and please note that Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged after use, washed, or altered in any way.
We will only consider a refund if the order meets the following conditions:
1) The product has a noticeable defect
- A photo must be attached as proof
- Refund request must be made within 7 days upon delivery date
- Damage caused AFTER use will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis
- Products with no damage are not entitled for a refund
2) The product has been not received at all
- Tracking number provided indicates that the product has been delivered but not received
- The shipping company has confirmed that the product is missing or wrongly delivered
